Frame Finishes

Frames are made of heavy gauge aluminum. The lightest tube wall used is 30% thicker than most medium-priced manufacturers. Frame parts are formed to shape by automatic presses with specially designed dyes to assure all parts are uniform. Quality is guaranteed. All parts are welded with a heliarc process to provide better penetration and strength, then hand ground to ensure a smooth appearance. Finish is Diamond Bond and utilizes the latest technology in powder coat finishing. The result is a hard, abrasian-resistant finish suitable for outdoor furniture.
